LAVA RUN
We now proudly introduce the fifth time LAVA RUN at Mývatn May 24, 2024. The run is from Dimmuborgir to the Mývatn Nature Baths and is a 9,4km long trail run.
Included in the registration fee is chip timing, light refreshments after the run and a free entry to the Mývatn Nature Baths.
Registration fee: 9.500kr
Note! Transportation from Mývatn Nature Baths to Dimmuborgir is NOT included. It is possible to buy a bus ticket from the Nature Baths to Dimmuborgir, departure at 16:45. The bus ticket costs 2000kr and is only available through pree-booking so make sure to purchase the ticket when registering for the race.
Schedule:
16:00 - Registration opens, pic up bib and timing device.
18:00 - Race starts at the entry of Dimmuborgir (on parking lot)
